Non-Personalized items:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify Chic Monkey Boutique by emailing thechicmonkey@gmail.com. All returns and exchanges must be authorized prior to returning. If you do not have prior authorization your item will be shipped back to you at your expense. When we have received your return, we will then issue a refund in the form that payment was originally made. You will not receive shipping costs back as shipping is the customers responsibility. If you received free shipping and handling on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We do not accept returns after 30 days. There will be a 15% restocking fee charged on all items that have been drop-shipped as we have to send them back to the manufacturer.

 Personalized Items:

Items that have been monogrammed or custom made (Including, but not limited to art work, nursery decor, bags, any monogrammed items, diaper cakes and keepsakes) are not eligible for returns. Please carefully make your selections!

 Chic Monkey Boutique offers free shipping on all US orders over $300.00. Items are shipped USPS, UPS and Fed EX depending on weight, dimentions and manufacturer.

 International shipping will be calculated at the time we receive your order and will then be billed to you.

Chic Monkey Boutique works closely with a variety of manufacturers and vendors. Please know that delivery time varies from product to product.
